Pick up: free.

Shipping in the Netherlands €7.95 for packages from 0 – 23 kg. Maximum size 100 x 70 x 50 cm.

Shipping in the Netherlands: €15.90 for beehives up to 30 kg. maximum size 175 x 78 x 58 cm.

If your order falls outside the above mentioned maximum sizes and/or maximum weight, we apply an additional rate of €6.95 per package. The number of packages depends on the total weight of your order. You will receive a separate invoice for this. After payment, your order will be shipped.

There is a surcharge on shipments outside the Netherlands, this surcharge depends on the weight, size and country.

Price pallet shipping on request. Maximum dimensions and weight: 120 x 100 x 200 up to 1000kg.

Delivery time of your order:

When you receive the track & trace code in the e-mail, your package will be delivered within 1-2 days to the address you provided.

Backorder of products:

It is possible that a product from your order is temporarily unavailable. We will always inform you of this. Depending on the supplier's stock, the product will be delivered to you in about 10 days.

Return:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.95 per package, please consult the carrier's website for the exact rates.
